I had a great experience with the customer service at Hellers from the moment I walked in. The majority of the staff introduced themselves right away and genuinely asked if I needed anything, making me feel welcomed and valued. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and clearly willing to help. Erik was especially professional and handled the transaction smoothly and efficiently, making the entire process stress-free. I would definitely do business with Hellers again and highly recommend them. My father loved his watch!

My husband purchased a Rolex from Erik over the weekend and he’s been very pleased with it. I’ve been to Heller Jewelers a few times now, and every experience has been outstanding. This most recent visit meant a lot to me, and once again Brandon came through in a big way. He helped me find a beautiful watch for my wife, and it was exactly what I was hoping for. Brandon is incredibly knowledgeable, but what really sets him apart is how much he cares. He takes the time to listen, understand what you’re looking for, and guide you without ever making you feel pressured. It feels more like working with someone you trust than being sold to. The store itself is just as impressive. It has a high-end feel, but it’s also warm and welcoming. Every interaction I’ve had there has been consistent, professional, and genuinely friendly. For me, that kind of service matters. When you’re buying something meaningful, you want to feel confident and taken care of, and that’s exactly what you get here. Had a lovely experience at Heller Jewelers. Went looking for a special gift and spent some time there. Sales people could not have been more patient and informative. Was introduced to a new line they are carrying and they answered all my questions happily. Went back a couple of weeks later and had another great experience. Truly made us feel welcome and helped with deciding on the right gift. Beautiful and unique ring. Great folks. Super quality and fabulous atmosphere.

My experience with Heller Jewelers in San Ramon was truly exceptional. Marcus provided outstanding service and demonstrated remarkable professionalism and product knowledge throughout the process of selecting a Rolex for my wife. He made the entire experience seamless, informative, and enjoyable, ensuring that every detail was perfect. My wife is absolutely delighted with her watch, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of care and attention Marcus extended. I highly recommend Heller Jewelers and commend Marcus for his exemplary service and dedication to excellence. Edit: Another top-tier experience at Heller Jewelers in San Ramon. While I was overseas, Markus locked in a Datejust 41 for me and held it until I got back completely seamless and stress-free from start to finish. Went with the mint green dial to match my wife’s watch. Anyone who knows know this configuration doesn’t come easy, and Markus made it happen. If you’re serious about Rolex in the Bay Area, this is the place to be. Also recently got the new Cartier Santos WSSA0089 and absolutely loved it. As always, Heller delivers.

The entire staff at Heller were kind and welcoming. My wife’s wedding band and engagement ring were linked together flawlessly. The cost was more than reasonable relative to the current gold market spot price. We are beyond happy with the service and quality you all can expect from Heller! I highly recommend shopping here before exploring the other options as we now have learned! 10/10!

The employees are so kind and welcoming and it is always a joy to stop in throughout the process! There are such wonderful employees at this store. Always greeted with a friendly smile, and they always take care of me. Micheal Gallagher is the best SA ever. I had multiple deals with Micheal for years. He’s incredibly friendly, knowledgeable in watch and jewelry with 20 plus years of experiences. He's an amazing person to work with! Thank you again to Heller Jewelers for making this experience a seamless transaction. Micheal, thank you for your professionalism and for putting a great time piece on my wrist!
